Ashanti Akpan who was born in Warsaw, Poland to a Polish mother and a Nigeria father, Dr. Asanga Edem Akpan, and later moved to England with her family.
She's eligible to represent Poland, Nigeria and England at Senior level, right now she is representing England at all youth levels ( U15-U19).
